- Your postal code or shipping address
- A list of item(s) that you are requesting
It is important that the list contains links to the items on the Spanish store, size and colour choices (including colour codes if applicable).

In case that you didn’t find your requested product in our catalog or if you have any special requests, you can send us your inquiry (without any commitment) through this form and we will gladly contact you back. Our staff will explore the Spanish market and give you a quotation of the product including tax, insurance (optional) and shipping costs delivered right to your home.
Fees are calculated on case-by-case basis. You can get the exact fees in the estimate before getting into our service. Below are the general fees of our services.
- Basic fee: 20.00 € will be imposed to each order.

Percentage fee: 10% of the total cost will be added as percentage fee.

Overseas shipping: We only charge the exact stamped overseas shipping costs.
We will send you an invoice of the total cost of shipping via Correos España or courier service (DHL, UPS…) to wherever you are in the world. We accept major credit cards through PayPal and main cryptocurrencies. After receiving your payment we will buy the items on your behalf. You may opt for an optional proof-of-purchase and inspection service upon arrival of your product.
Proof-of-purchase and inspection service
If requested, our staffs will open the shipping box from the retailer for you, check the quality of the products you purchased and make sure everything is correct. We can send you photos of the products you purchased to be sure everything is as your requested.
We only open the shipping box and do not open the original retail package of your product. This service may require additional 1-2 days for processing.
Step 3
When the order is received, it will be repackaged, tags and/or invoices removed (unless requested otherwise). Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (next business day) and the tracking number will be emailed to you. It’s easy!
