1. How much does it cost?

Fees are calculated on case-by-case basis. You can get the exact fees in the estimate before getting into our service. Below are the general fees of our services.

  • Basic fee: 20.00 € will be imposed to each order.
  • Percentage fee: 10% of the total cost will be added as percentage fee.
  • Overseas shipping: We only charge the exact stamped overseas shipping costs.

2. Where can I buy from ?

Anywhere online / offline in Spain! You can buy from any online retailers (Zara , El Corte Inglés , etc.), finest food & beverage distributors, auction sellers and second hand resellers (Wallapop, Todocoleccion, etc) and also small traditional shops.

For anything that can’t be found online, please note it in the order form and provide as much details as possible. We cannot guarantee we will find it, but we will try our best!

3. Please tell me about import taxes and customs duties.

Import taxes and customs duties will depend on the type, contents and declared price of a package. Customs policies vary from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that import taxes and customs duties are not included in our service fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

4. Can I order multiple items at the same time and group them together to save shipping cost ?

Yes, definitely. Please refer to our guides for combining multiple orders below.

You may combine multiple orders as a single shipment to save international shipping cost. Please place a separate order for each product you want to combine. Shipping cost will be calculated as one shipment and charged onto one of your combined orders. Shipping costs of the remaining combined orders will become free because they are already included in the combined shipment.

Taping multiple boxes together and sending as one is not allowed for international mail. Therefore, combined orders must be placed in a durable box for each shipment. Please refer to the following page from Correos National Post and purchase suitable boxes for combining your orders. Spanish post packaging boxes (Spanish only with numerical sizes)

Please note that the selections of boxes and packaging methods vary upon the sizes of your orders. We will discuss with you to choose the most economical method for you. We may or may not open the parcel boxes of your orders in order to combine shipments. We will discuss with you before we take any action but we reserve the right to make any ultimate decision for your shipment.

5. How much is the V.A.T. tax rate in Spain?

Current VAT rate in Spain is 21 % for most goods and services. There is reduced VAT rate (10 %) and super reduced VAT rate (4%) for some goods and services.

6. What shipping methods are available to my countries ?

We recommend Correos Spain Service or EMS (Express Mail Service). Both options include tracking service. Regarding packages that have been determined to be too difficult to ship internationally using standard methods, our customer support will provide you with alternatives.

7. How much is the shipping cost ?

Shipping cost is composed of:

  • Local shipping cost to our warehouse, if any.
  • International shipping cost from our warehouse to your country.

Local shipping cost will be determined by our staffs on each order manually and we will notify you before you confirm the purchase.

International shipping cost is determined case-by-case by our staff after we received your items at our warehouse.

8. Can I buy anything I want?

Yes, we will help you buy anything you want as long as it is legally for sale in Spain. However, it is your responsibility to make sure the item is mailable to you country.

We reserve the right to refuse purchasing harmful or questionable items that are warned in our Terms & Conditions.

9. Where is your warehouse ?

10. What currency do you use ?

We use Euros (€) for all of our orders.

11. What payment method do you accept ?

We accept major credit cards through PayPal and also crypto currencies accepted by Coinbase platform.

13. What if I don’t understand the Spanish description in an item that I am interested ?

Just place an order of that item through the contact form. Our staff will help you understand it more through the Order Communicator. You do not need to pay until you are certain about the item and confirm the purchase.

14. Is there a minimum price for my orders?

There is no minimum price for individual orders as long as you combine multiple orders into a grand total of at least 30 €.

15. Is there a limit in weight or size of the items I buy?

We must comply to the rules imposed by Spanish Post when shipping your orders. Therefore, your items must also comply to the size and weight limits by Correos.

16. What will change after Brexit?

We’re doing all we can to prepare for Brexit in the best way possible, but unfortunately some delivery delays for existing orders may occur. Please keep an eye on your tracking link for updates.

If you place an order after Brexit, please check the expected delivery date in checkout and the order confirmation for the then-current information.
